  I just finished putting up my tree and bird decals from my baby's room. I
  just wanted to thank you for sending the decals promptly, and having such a wonderful, quality product. I was able to add flare to the nursery without having to paint the entire room. It was fairly easy to put up (it was the large tree and I am 9 months pregnant, so I had to get my husband to help me put it up!!). But the birds I did myself and everything was very easy and straight forward. I will gladly recommend this company to friends and family who are looking for something extra for their rooms!!   I just wanted to let you know that I am incredibly happy with my cherry blossom decal and the large tree with the leaves blowing off. I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten on them and I've sent dozens of people to your site. Every single plumber, electrician, tiler, etc. who came through my door when I was getting my new condo ready saw the decals on the walls and went completely nuts over them!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.   I am so glad that I found this website. The first time I ordered the airplane with the runway. People have been so amazed at how huge it really is. The wing-tips on the plane spreads across my son's wall. He loves it. We then found the need to purchase the airplane w/the parachuting man. This theme has made a dramatic enhancement to his room...He doesn't want to leave his room!!!
