  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I recently purchased and installed the Swirling Tree. I chose dalidecal because they were responsive through the whole ordering process. My tree was nicely packaged and arrived as promised. The product was easy to work with and manuever as long as you did not press too hard when positioning it on the wall. Once it was at the right spot, the flat applicator helped remove any air bubbles. My suggestion is to cut the excess backing off before beginning to overlap any pieces. The final product turned out great. Definitely suggested this company to my family and friends. They will not disappoint you and are willing to help with any questions.

  I had a super awesome print session this weekend, thanks to the amazing creative technologies of Dali Designs.........As a digital artist I have often felt uncomfortable turning over my printing to massive print companies that focus mainly on quantity and not the details of my real print needs. Though at the same time its been hard to find smaller print companies that have the more expensive technologies needed to produce the Super High Resolution prints I want....."problem solved"....thanks to Dali Designs I now have a complete print solution that produces the quality prints I need in the flexible way I need them. I am now totally inspired to create new line digital art specifically to designed to maximize the dynamic range of materials and ideas provided to me by Dali Designs......Thank u David and Alicia for helping me take my art to the to the next level..........

  I moved into this house almost 3 yrs ago and have a vaulted staircase. I had no idea what to do with it until I saw this Cherry Blossom Tree.. I have had this decal for about 2 yrs and still get compliments on it. The staircase is a multi level staircase and I had the flowers float up the wall like the wind was taking them away. We recently moved and the tree had to come down. Boo! I have to say though after two plus yrs. the decal came off and left no residue and took no paint off. I am trying to figure where I want my new family tree now in my new home. Thanks for making great decals.
