| I finally got up the courage to install these decals. I have a slight orange peel texture on my wall and was worried about my new paint in my bedroom getting messed up. BUT....application was a breeze and it was easy to reposition the decals, even without using the soap and water mixture. I think the orange peel under them even enhances the look! I love them and will be recommending them to friends. |

| I bought the stars decal in the $10 section.... the ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! I got one set (of 50) and i had more than enough, the quality of the material is great and was really easy to apply. My daughters room looks amazing! I will be using this company again! |

Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite. | I bought the fairy with magical wand and stars for my daughters room. I waited to put it up when I would have plenty of time, thinking it would be difficult. 15 minutes later I was done and it was perfect. She loves it and it really adds to her room, more than just a picture or poster would. The invioce even had a handwritten note to help me with the instructions. Not many companies would take time to do that. I am trying to figure out where I need another decal now. |
